Relationship Structures – Attachment Styles Across Relationships (online self-assessment)
This interactive survey is designed to help you learn more about the way you mentally represent important people in your life. You’ll be asked to list 4 people who have played an important role in your life (good or bad), and answer some simple questions about your relationship with these people. When you are finished, the program will analyze your responses and provide you with a summary of your attachment style with these different people. This study takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

From Dr. Murray Bowen, one of the earliest pioneers of family systems theory, receive education on ground-breaking interlocking family concepts such as Triangles, Differentiation of Self, Nuclear Family Emotional System, Family Projection Process, Multigenerational Transmission Process, Emotional Cutoff, Sibling Position, and Societal Emotional Process.

In-Laws Survey
This study is designed to assess the level of conflict people have in their in-law relationships. In this test you will answer questions about your relationships with your in-laws (such as your mother-in-law). When you’re done, you’ll be given personalized feedback about the level of conflict in your in-law relationships and how your relationships compare to those of other people. This quiz takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

How Attuned Are You?
How attuned are you with your romantic partner or closest friend? This study is designed to examine how tuned-in you are, compared with other people. This 5-8 minute test involves answering about 25 questions and playing a short, 3-minute reaction time game. After completing this test, you will receive detailed feedback about your personality and how attuned you are, relative to other people.

Life Values Inventory
The Life Values Inventory Online was developed to help individuals and organizations clarify their values and serve as a blueprint for effective decision-making and optimal functioning. The program is comprised of 5 steps. The first 3 make up the assessment portion, the last two present your results along with strategies for future development.

Personality and Work Survey
This study is designed to assess how individuals’ personality traits affect the type of work environment they prefer. You will be asked to answer some simple questions about your work environment, job satisfaction, and personality traits. After you finish, you will be provided with a summary of your scores on a variety of personality traits (e.g., agreeableness and extraversion) as well as how much you value various aspects of your work environment, such as Pay, Prestige, Relationships and many more! This survey takes about 20 minutes.
